Professor Dr. Christina Hoon began her professional career after studying economics as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at Leibniz Universität Hannover under Professor Dr. H.-G. Ridder.
After completing her doctorate, she became a research assistant (post-doc) and habilitation candidate at the Institute for Human Resources and Work at Leibniz Universität Hannover (Professor Dr. H.-G. Ridder).
Since September 2015, she has held the Endowed Chair of Business Administration, in particular Management of Family Businesses at Bielefeld University. She heads the chair, coordinates its research activities and holds various lectures on various topics relating to the management of family businesses.
